A Viewer Writes: Candidate Brad Gillis

Brad Gillis is running for the Wicomico County Council at Large. This guy put his signs out several hours before the Board of Elections law stating no signs shall be put up at the poling places prior to 5:00 PM the day before the Primary. There are citizens that took pictures of Gillis’ signs before 5:00 pm and they are time stamped. Many of the Democrats had their signs out prior to 4:30 PM. The biggest problem that many of the candidates have is that not only did he cheat but it looks like he put up close to 200 signs. What is another big issue with this is Gillis doesn’t have a Primary. He and Megan Outen are already in the General Election so Mr. Gillis stole all that valuable real estate from candidates who needs sign placement for their Primary. This shows you how selfish Brad Gillis is and that he will cheat to get elected. Is this who we want running Wicomico County?

  1. BUT – if Gillis doesnt get in, how can Wicomico ever be over developed and land owners ripped off like past experiences?

      1. If you are going to be nasty, at least learn how to spell. “Ridiculous” and “Waste.” For example “It is ridiculous what a waste of air you are.”

  2. cant make enough money in the constuction business, he has to get into politics to get the the real kick back money

  3. we are desperate for more rental properties and a more rapid decline of the city of salisbury. he is here to help facilitate that process. god bless him.

  4. Community Foundation employee- David Plotts –is manning the Democratic Booth at the Civic Center. Thursday and Friday. When asked if he was taking a vacation day his answer was this was his community service. In other words the Community Foundation is paying an employee to man the Democrat booth. Joe, let’s investigate?

  5. I remember his dad on the council. I also remember him making a mint when the new mall opened up as he knew all the city’s plans to develop the area from being on the council.

  6. If elected, Gillis will replace McCain as the Democrat representative for the real estate industry in Wicomico County. Cannon will probably be reelected as the industry’s Republican representative. Look for more property tax breaks like they gave for that monstrosity being built in downtown Salisbury.

  7. Just heard that Psota has exposed Giordano’s bankruptcy and record as a financial deadbeat. And she’s a supporter of Danial Cox, too.

  8. gillis and cannon will make a wonderful team. zero home ownership – nothing but ghetto housing. expanded scooter rentals, more bike lanes, more ebt cards, more crime, more welfare. however, their bank accounts will be very impressive. salisbury and wicomico county have gone straight to hell. residents of downtown baltimore would be scared to come to this rat hole.
