Supreme Court Hands Republican Lawmakers a Major Win in Battle Over Voter ID Law

The Supreme Court of the United States handed North Carolina Republicans a big win on Thursday.

The case was Berger v. North Carolina State Conference of the NAACP.

In an 8-1 decision, the court found that Republican lawmakers in North Carolina have a right to “intervene in litigation to defend a state voter-ID law,” as reported by SCOTUSblog.

Justice Sonia Sotomayor was the only dissenting justice.

SOTOMAYOR and the DEMOCRATS will never agree with VOTER ID. SOTOMAYOR and the other SOCIALIST / LIBERALS will not be able to LEGISLATE from the BENCH when they have the majority. DEMOCRATS do not want fair elections. They only criticize when they lose a decision and they cannot legislate from the bench. AOC wants to impeach Supreme Court JUSTICES if she believes they lied when being approved. AOC will then have to impeach this last candidate that is waiting for swearing in, since I heard her contradict / lied in her testimony and this goes for the other SENATORS also
