I just missed by inches killing 3 small children on the city’s scooters. They crossed Rt. 50 at Truitt Street against a red light at a speed of at least 30mph directly in front of me and I left black tire marks. Ages appeared to be between 6 and 12. I see all over Salisbury small and large children riding these scooters at surprising speed. How are they able to activate the scooters?? Do we have to wait until some children are killed to get it under control?
