Units on the scene include Chincoteague, Wallops Island, Girdletree, Stockton, Snow Hill, VRMC Police, Maryland Natural Resources Police, US Navy, US Coast Guard, Trooper 4, Coast Guard Helicopter out of Elizabeth City, NC.
Divers in the water believe they have a visual on the person missing 20 ft in.
