  1. That’s some funny chit.

You can tell the ethnicity has changed by the ever increasing crime and drugs. The more than visible mexican stores and the bountiful non english speaking crowd.

25% in poverty and a 2 person working household only bringing in 55K, While your mayor chases rainbow crosswalks and bike lanes and your invisible chamber of commerce clamoring for another new royal farms.

The median rent is much more than what is stated.

  2. figures lie and liars figure. to be truthful it ought to just say salisbury demographics = ghetto!
    easy peasy!

  3. Sure isn’t the Salisbury I grew up in. Most people don’t realize how bad it is. The local newspaper and TV stations never report on crime. Unless of course it’s a white person committing the crime. For years my Jersey friends from SU would refer to Salisbury as ghetto. Now I agree with them. It’s pure insanity what our local “leaders” have done to this city and county all to enrich themselves. Slum Lords. Mayor Day can’t even run his own house and yet thinks he can run a city. We already have “youths” riding dirt bikes on our streets. How long before these same “youths” start copying their fellow “youths” in the bigger cities and start doing the smash and grabs at retail stores? It’s sad to see the once great city of Salisbury decline so much. But hey at least we get crappy music festivals, gay parades and unused bike lanes.

  4. Thankful of the decades ago bypass vision that came to fruition. I surmise an elected MD official was tired of driving thru Salisbury to their beach retreat…or was pissed on by Salisbury. Either way da bury continues the downward spiral with Jakie.
