Joe’s leading SCOTUS choices: Black judge who said her skin color made her more ‘valuable,’ one who struck down a 2020 election security measure, another whose husband donated $1,000 to Biden, and woke ex-NAACP official Sherrilyn Ifill

President Joe Biden is looking to fulfill a long-held campaign promise of appointing a black woman to the Supreme Court — and his reported choices could raise concerns on both sides of the aisle.

Biden announced liberal Justice Stephen Breyer’s retirement after nearly 30 years on the court on Thursday, with the 83-year-old standing by his side.

Getting a new young liberal on the high court would be a badly-needed win for Biden, whose first year in office was marked by foreign policy crises, legislative setbacks and plummeting poll numbers.

During his remarks on Thursday Biden promised to hear recommendations from both sides of the aisle, and confirmed that he would use his task to shape the U.S. judicial system for his political promise.

  1. The Democrat way. You don’t have to have any qualifications just the right skin color and liberal beliefs so you can rule with your beliefs and not by the CONSTITUTION or LAW.

  2. One stupid racist, one anti-constitutionalist, and one politician….
They are all black women – that is the criteria – not their actual judicial history or capabilities…..

      1. His pledges about VP & SCOTUS appointee were made strictly to pander in the Democrat primary prior to South Carolina 2020 primary contest.

Biden had not won a Democrat primary, ever IIRC, and was about to be flushed down the drain with a loss in South Carolina. SC House Rep Clyburn, who is black, put Biden’s shriveled balls in a vise by trading his endorsement for Biden’s black women pledges.

Voila! Biden does well and rest of Democrat candidates vanish overnight. And here we are.
