Unvaccinated workers who were fired now suddenly being begged to return

‘They fired hundreds out of spite and rage and vengeance, but forgot they actually need them’

Corporations’ mass firings of unvaccinated workers have been documented as becoming “more common” as Joe Biden repeatedly has mandated that they force their employees to accept the experimental COVID shots.

But now those companies are discovering that perhaps Biden’s leadership isn’t really what they should follow.

It’s because they are in such staffing emergencies that they are now asking their dismissed workers, the unvaccinated, to return to rescue them.

  1. Bridge my time as if I had been continually working, give me a re-hiring / apology bonus, and a raise and I would think about it. Consider that your ‘released’ employees could all sue for wrongful termination based on the lack of legal standing of the mandate!

As a corporation, you need to apologize for your ‘wokeness’ and support of tyranny – and start considering what is important…your employees and the customers that pay your bills by partaking of the services you offer! You should have stood up against the tyranny in the first place – and we wouldn’t have gotten to this point!

  2. The biggest concern is the lack of good healthcare on the shore , The quality of not only healthcare but the healthcare worker has greatly diminished over the last couple of years. No way can I let myself retire here with this substandard care

  3. So sad when we vote for politicians to think for us and they dont. Politicians never ever think of the 2nd 3rd and 4th order effects on decisions.

  4. My work takes me from Philly to Atlanta. Typically a level 4 BSN, COR certified Floor,Preop, Postop or OR nurse generally makes about 60 dollars an hour. They are now begging them to work with double-time pay plus 25 dollars an hour and hiring Agency traveling Nurses for even more and have COVID banked benefits for them to call out if exposed. Nurses are jumping ship to become Travelers they can make so much more. I don’t imagine it’s happening here. Healthcare is a BIG INDUSTRY and the workers are smart and play their cards and they can it’s one of the few places workers can anymore.

  5. I haven’t lived here too long, but I am hearing that AGH is a much better hospital than TidalHealth. Cleaner, more qualified workers, better care all around.
