He refused the cognitive test and said he did that was in the news. Trump had one and would have taken another one if he won. It is common sense for the highest position in this country that the incoming president should have a competency test, not only is it the office of President of the USA, but Commander and Chief of the Armed Services and our representative to our allies and all other countries and he refused it and they knew he would fail it. It is what this party and they do to try to cover he should not have even run for office, a president that spent the whole campaign until the last two months in a basement did that not tell us and the world something. The only campaigning he did was to small numbers of people that sat in their cars and honked their horns why did it not stop there. We are a laughing stock to the world and this will be in history books trying wiping these last 11 months away.

They’d get somebody else to take the test for him.
