SALISBURY, MARYLAND— November 2, 2021— Principal Chris Davis of NAI Coastal brokered the sale of the Quality Inn located at 2701 North Salisbury Boulevard in Salisbury, Maryland. The 96-room limited service hotel fronts Route 13’s northbound lanes in the heart of Wicomico County’s retail district.
The $4.2 million dollar hotel was acquired by Davis’ client as part of a 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange. The investor plans to continue hotel operations working to capitalize on the property’s central location on the Delmarva Peninsula.
“I’ve confidentially worked with the seller of this property for many years in effort to find a suitable buyer,” said Davis. “It’s great to see his persistence pay off at the same time as I’m able to help the buyer navigate and satisfy his tax-deferred exchange.”
They ought to make it a REHAB facility. They’d make more money and get more abatements.
LOL another 1% NOT paying their fair share the legal way with a tax deferred loop hole.
Lets all celebrate.
The place will remain a $75 a night human trafficking dump
That’s the joke. Paid twice the asking price. No way that place was maintained and in pristine condition with a value of 4 million. When selling take a huge loss.
Best thing they could do is to bulldoze it and build a used car lot.
I would not pay four dollars and 2 cents for anything in Jakes $hitbury!
the only thing quality about it is it’s name!
probably bought by someone with the last name Patel
It needs to be demolished never been more than 2 vehicles there at the same time. Everyone knows in Salisbury that the rooms are not for passing through to sleep. Turn it into a laundromat, dollar store etc.
