Fauci says natural origins theory of coronavirus is still the most likely

Dr. Anthony Fauci, President Joe Biden’s chief medical adviser, on Saturday reiterated his belief that the natural origins theory of the novel coronavirus is still the most likely.

His comments come as CNN has reported that senior Biden administration officials overseeing an intelligence review into the origins of the coronavirus now believe the theory that the virus accidentally escaped from a lab in Wuhan is at least as credible as the possibility that it emerged naturally in the wild — a dramatic shift from a year ago, when Democrats publicly downplayed the so-called lab leak theory.

“The most likely explanation is a natural evolution from an animal reservoir to a human,” Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, told CNN’s Jim Acosta.

“Once you say that, which I believe is the more likely, you’ve got to make sure you emphasize that you still keep an open mind for all possibilities, including a lab leak,” he added.

  1. Fauci is a deep state commie. Propagandist ( and probably a child molester too). The truth is slowly being revealed in drips.

  2. The lodges people, the luciferian mindset. This is actually what we are up against…BAAL worshippers are in charge, isnt it obvious?

  3. This quack needs to quit quacking, I know of absolutely no one who believes anything that comes out of his mouth.

  4. By virtue of decades on the federal payroll, Fauci is the highest paid federal employee, earning more than the President. He’s been a well entrenched technocrat for decades, and the nature of that type of job constrains maintaining much hands-on time. And a major chunk of his day for the past 18 months has been spent on TV or standing with a group of other experts waiting to hold forth. His physical ability to acquire, review, evaluate and assimilate the deluge of information coming his way just on this topic would leave little time for food, sleep or getting back and forth to work. Thus his fallback on a myriad of verbal conjectures and opinions.

The evidence is increasingly clear that Fauci sent/authorized/approved US money going to the Wuhan lab for virus study and experimentation. It does not appear that Congress ever authorized these expenditures for these purposes. The notion that a virulent virus being studied in a lab spontaneously and simultaneously arose in a public market across town strains credulity.

By way of comparison, Sen. Paul is also a physician, an ophthalmologist (eye doctor) who continues to practice his specialty. He’s had Covid also. So when he puts challenging question to Fauci he brings credible, current expertise to the task.

It’s looking like Fauci found and paid a Chinese sub-contractor for research he could not legally have contracted or performed in the US, and when they accidentally mishandled the materials a lot of innocent people died. The final chapter on Fauci’s actions and knowledge is yet to be written.
