MD DPSCS is the most discriminatory, racist place to work. I made it 22 years and had to leave. I had no disciplinary actions on my record and better than average sick leave record. I was denied promotions and other positions that I was overly qualified for and had more time served than the lazy ass kissers that got the positions. I had my test and interview scores changed to allow these worthless bums to get the positions. If you are a female or non-white and allow the harassment you will do find. They still use race as a determination for everything and they hide it good in their reports by eliminating the truth.
Only decent thing they offer if you can put up with these and several more discrepancies is the retirement and medical insurance are slightly above average.
