SALISBURY, Md. – Summerfest, a free Wicomico County Recreation & Parks event series for kids and families, is back at community parks this summer.
Come out to socialize, eat snacks, play games, listen to music and watch a movie on the big screen. Events will be held on select Thursdays from 5:30-10 p.m. at the following locations:
- June 24 at Lake Street Playground
- July 8 at Indian Village Playground
- July 22 at Billy Gene Jackson Sr. Park
- Aug. 12 at Doverdale Playground
DJ And One will be on-site providing music. He will be joined by hosts The OG Show, Stizzy Stacckz, DJ J-Town and C-Mack.
“We’re excited to get out to these parks and have some fun,” said Jamie Nichols, program director for Wicomico County Recreation & Parks. “We’d like to thank the City of Salisbury and the Mizzlehouse Foundation for their contributions towards making this an event where kids can get a snack, enjoy fun activities, listen to music and see a movie – all for free.”

This is nothing more but a free baby sitting service provided by the Wicomico taxpayer. While the welfare Mommas can sleep all day after partying and boinking up the next entitlement child.
How come the city only caters to minorities and special interest groups?
