Rep. Andy Biggs, R-Ariz., claimed on Newsmax on Friday that the mask wearing House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., is enforcing through fines is symbolically representative of “neo-fascism.”

Members of Congress who attend a session without their masks will be fined $500 for the first offense and $2,500 for the second offense.
