Ocean City lost a legend yesterday, May 26, 2021. Former Councilman and two-time Police Chief Lee Duggan passed away at the age of 93. He was instrumental in improving the Ocean City Police Department in the 1970s and
1980s, and starting the careers of a countless number of individuals in Law Enforcement. The viewing and funeral dates and times is to be determined but will probably be sometime next week.
RIP Sir, I didn’t know you because you were way ahead of me but thank you for your service with the OCPD and the Town Council.
