Delaware State Police is seeking help locating a man in connection to multiple thefts that have occurred in Kent County.
Police believe 21-year-old Ryan Hicks of Felton may be responsible for the thefts.
They say he was last known to reside in Felton, but could possibly be in Kent or Sussex County.
