difficult to know where to begin or what the priorities should be. This FREE virtual training, which includes Charting the Lifecourse Tools, will help parents navigate this process and develop
a vision and transition action plan with their youth. This training is for parents or guardians of youth (ages 14-21) who have an IEP or 504 plan. During this training, parents will…
• Gain an understanding of their changing role;
• Complete homework individualized to their youth;
• Develop a customized Vision and Action Plan.
Participants must commit to attending all four sessions plus an orientation webinar.

if my kid thinks he is a she, or she is a he, is that a special need or is it a disability?
