Bongino vows to fight Parler shutdown: ‘I’ll go bankrupt before I let this happen’

Although “tech tyrants Google, Apple and Amazon wiped Parler out, the service will return” soon, Fox News contributor Dan Bongino said on Monday.

“Parler will be back, just so the audience understands. I will go bankrupt and destitute before I let this happen,” Bongino, one of the investors in Parler, told “Fox & Friends.”

Bongino said getting diagnosed with cancer “opened his eyes to the world” and he no longer cares what “anyone thinks anymore.”

Parler went down early Monday following Amazon Web Services’ decision to suspend it from its cloud hosting service after Wednesday’s U.S. Capitol riot. CEO John Matze told “Sunday Morning Futures” that the site will try to “get back online as quickly as possible,” after writing on the platform that the site may be unavailable for up to a week.

  1. We thought 2020 was bad? 2021 is NOT starting off well at all. Private Industry censorship is now the effing standard?

Really need to rethink not fishing in the winter time.

    Bourbon still rules!

  2. Facebook has become a joke lately. The amount of spam on conservative sites is absurd. There are so many fake Dan Bongino pages promising to give you money if you comment but as soon as you block and report one 3 more show up. (Yes people still think they are going to get money for free). There are spam bots advertising all types of things in the comments section. If I was paying to advertise on facebook I would be upset that facebook is allowing them to advertise for free. The Fox News facebook page is the worse. Comment after comment is nothing but spam or advertisements. It’s gotten so bad you can hardly find an actual person. I don’t notice this on the liberal facebook pages. I have seen a few on CBS. Maybe someone can tell us if they are on CNN’s page. I don’t follow them on facebook. I have also noticed that after getting an alert that someone has replied to a comment you left it doesn’t take you to the comments anymore. It just takes you to the article. Whats the point of social media if you can’t be social with people?

  3. Bankruptcy eh? The more folks do that, the more taxpayers get stuck.

Darn it, I missed my calling of stickin it to the taxpayer mindset.

Big Techs and politicians love stickin it to the taxpayer!
