2020 will be known for many things…impeachment, (yeah, remember that happened), the China Virus, economic shutdowns, stolen elections…but one of the biggest takeaways from 2020 is how horrible our public servants are. From Cuomo sending Grandma to the nursing home with Covid to Nancy Pelosi getting her hair done while everyone else is discovering how to use their flowbee to get a haircut, all over the country Democratic politicians were exposed as both not caring for those they serve and possibly more offensive, the rise of “Rules for thee, but not for me!”
For generations people around the United States and the world travel to Times Square or watch the festivities from home. The empty streets were a stark reminder of all we have lost in 2020…and then as midnight approaches, Bill De Blasio decides to ring in the New Year with one last middle finger to people around the world as he and his wife head to Times Square to enjoy a dance as they welcome in the New Year….and he has the audacity to share the video on multiple Twitter Feeds:
