Anne Arundel County reverses ban, allows indoor dining at 25 percent capacity

Anne Arundel County has reversed the suspension of indoor dining and will now allow restaurants to serve indoors at 25 percent capacity.

The decision comes from County Executive Steuart Pittman following a two day court hearing. Pittman signed a new executive order Wednesday.

Following the new executive order, restaurant owners agreed to dismiss a lawsuit that challenged the county’s previous suspension of indoor dining for four weeks.

  1. Only because Pittman was embarrassed by the judge who actually had the guts to call him out on the so called science that he used to try and crush the restaurants. We need more judges like this one

  2. This is fake, don’t fall for it! This is a scam to make you owners go broke! They will wait for you to comply and get everything in place, which will cost you money to do as an owner, and then boom right back to no inside dinning! They have done to 2 to 3 times already! When will you slaves learn and wake the hell up!
