While supporters of President Donald Trump are rightfully agitated by Joe Biden’s pretending that he’s president-elect by continuing to select people he plans to nominate for his Cabinet, Republicans have generally been silent about most of those picks.
Until now.
On Tuesday, reaction was swift to the Biden transition team’s announcement that he had selected whack job Neera Tanden, CEO of the extremely left-wing think tank the Center for American Progress to become director of the Office of Management and Budget.
“I think, in light of her combative and insulting comments about many members of the Senate, mainly on our side of the aisle, that it creates certainly a problematic path,” Sen. John Cornyn (R-Texas), said, calling her Biden’s “worst nominee so far.”
So – what’s bad about Tanden, other than she’s an uber leftist hack who makes extremists look moderate?
According to The New York Times, Neera Tanden, former Vice President Joe Biden’s choice to head the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), allegedly “punched” a reporter in the chest during the 2008 campaign when the reporter asked Hillary Clinton about her support for the Iraq war. Asked about the claim, Tanden said, “I didn’t slug him, I pushed him.”
Wild Bill Barr should beat her with a riot baton. We need law and order!
And she outed a victim of sexual harassment not only once but multiple times. At her own “think tank.”
